women

Friends First is a ladies group that meets on the last Wednesday night of most months at 7.30p.m. We invite along guest speakers who talk about a wide range of topics including beauty, craft, floral art, gardening, local charities, & interior design.  We usually have a tear jerking testimony of faith, the list is endless. We also hold a few fundraising events throughout the year to include the annual service and salad and dessert lunch afterwards in April. We usually have a Christmas and an end of year outing to look forward to. We encourage former members and new members to come along each year and even provide transport if this is difficult. Please consider coming along and bringing a friend. A warm welcome awaits you and fun, food, friendship and fellowship are guaranteed.

Discipleship

Home Groups meet weekly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, providing a relaxed and supportive environment where faith and teaching can be explored in a deeper way.

Friendship Circle meets on the second Tuesday of each month between October and May at 12.00 noon in our hall. It is a lunch time meeting for seniors and is open to everyone in the community. Over a lovely lunch, folk chat, build friendships and enjoy fellowship.  Some months there will be a speaker with a relevant topic to those of a certain age!  We have enjoyed talks that have been varied and have been truly inspirational!

prayer

Prayer Ministry is available after every service. Please speak to one of our team and allow us to pray with you.

The Prayer Room is to the rear of the main sanctuary and offers a space for individual or group prayer. Prayer takes place in this room from 10.10am on Sunday mornings before our service.

Our Prayer Chain is a network of people who will pray for specific people or situations. If you would like to be part of our Prayer Chain and pray for others, please let us know

worship

Our Worship Band lead at most of our services and are keen to involve those with a passion for Worship. If you would like to be involved through singing or playing an instrument, please get in touch.

The Choir meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month for practice. In addition to the music, there is fun and companionship. The choir helps lead worship at most morning services and takes part in special services to mark Easter, Harvest and Christmas.

The Creative Worship Group meets bi-monthly in our hall, and additionally as required for special events. The group meets to pray and listen, seeking to facilitate God communicating to us through visual and artistic media.
