PWA Report ALSO IN THIS SECTION
We are pleased to report another successful year with good attendance. The "Going for Gold" theme for this year was taken from the Olympic year.

The meetings have been interesting and varied. Mrs Sally Clarke from S.A.S.R.A. (the Soldiers and Airmen's Scripture Readers Association) was our speaker in October. The Association is involved in spreading the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ to members of the Army, the Royal Air Force and their families.

In November, Mrs Kate Anderson held a flower demonstration and spoke to us on her time working in a woman's refuge in Belfast.

For our December meeting we had our usual Christmas food and fun which was enjoyed by all.

Alex Fraser from Ulsterbus Tours gave us an informative talk in January and showed slides and made us contemplate the coming summer holidays.

George Hanna, the chef from Frenchies restaurant in Clough, gave us a cookery demonstration and lots of ideas to try out ourselves.

In March we will have a quiz night and our AGM. We will finish the season with an outing in April.

We have experienced great fellowship together and new members will be warmly welcomed at our meetings which are held on the third Wednesday of each month from September to April. If you would like to join us and require transport please let us know.
