Where do you live? Donaghadee.
Donaghadee? Yes.
Why not a church near Donaghadee, you must pass several on your way here?
This is where I believe God wants Pearl and I to be members at present and for me to minister in some small way during retirement.
What do you do?
Try to help Mairisine; to lighten her load a little - some pastoral visiting, occasional preaching in First and in Ardglass and Downpatrick, holding the fort while Mairisine is on holiday, help with the new Friendship Circle and any small thing I can do.
Do you enjoy it?
Pearl and I enjoy the fellowship and the teaching as we worship in First. It is a wonderful privilege for me to be able to enter so many homes and share with folk - everyone is so welcoming. Preaching is very different from what I was used to but I'm beginning to make the adjustment, I think. It is good to belong to First and to do a little to help build His Church.
